SEF Power designs innovative electronic solutions.

After analyzing customer requirements, we handle hardware development (schematics, simulation, and PCB layout) as well as microcontroller software programming (ST, Texas...).

We take into account all aspects:

  • Functionality, performance, sizing, economic and scheduling objectives, environment (temperature, shock, and vibration) 
  • Standards (EN50155, MIL STD, EN60950), CE and EMC, RoHS, Reach, electrical safety

Our EMC expertise allows us to pre-qualify equipment in-house before electromagnetic compatibility certification in accredited laboratories.

Our comprehensive skills enable us to manage component obsolescence in order to ensure long-term product sustainability.

The design office engineers are IPC CID certified – Certified Interconnect Designer.

  • ACM750 Series – AC/DC Power Supply 750W, 1 to 3 outputs – conduction cooled
  • DCM500 Series – DC/DC Converter 500W single output – conduction cooled
  • Brushless motor control               

     3. Operational Condition Maintenance / Reverse engineering / Reproduction of analog and power boards to identical form

Thanks to our expertise in cloning and reverse engineering, SEF Power offers to redesign and manufacture legacy boards and address obsolescence issues.

Our experts are often consulted to replace now unavailable converters from brands such as Melcher, Power One, Martek Power, Spellman HV, Powertron, Eaton, Convergie / Convergy, ABB, Faiveley, and AEG, SPEG.

SEF Power can therefore reproduce systems identically and even enhance overall performance thanks to more modern and efficient components, ensuring long-term delivery of these boards.
